Great location and good breakfast!

Hotel location is great. We booked a room with tower view. View is fantastic. Cleaness is also up to standard. Beds are comforatble. As for the staff and service, the receptionist, the conciege and all the staff except for the breakfast room. However, the breakfast is great! So I can accept some minor discomfort from the staff. The breakfast has lots of choices and very delicous. The soup and the noodle soup and the dim sum are must try! Swimming pool is big and quiet and do bring a swimming cap if you want to swim. In general. We are very happy with Conard GZ. The booking office cancelled my booking 30 minutes before my arrival due to some miscommunication with booking. The receptionist was there trying to help. She was patient and tried to offer solutions.

The breakfast room staff needs better training. For example, my daughter ordered a cup of tea, and they bring a cup of hot water. The booking office cancelled my booking 30 minutes before my arrival due to some miscommunication with booking.

I don't feel like reviewing this property. Whoever is in charge check the wechat thread during my stay to find who to fire or train. Pity the system doesn't allow zero. I'll try to see if Booking.com will give me some refund

Don’t stay here if you cannot fully dress up at 7am for breakfast buffet, they’ll kick you back.

The amenities are new and well maintained. However, I do need to complain that the staff at breakfast cafe refused to let me in at 7am because I was wearing the room slippers. This made my journey very unpleasant and it’s such a shame. Nobody wants to dress up for just a breakfast buffet at 7am, especially during a leisure trip.

Sadly, by default you get a smoking room if you do not tick a box or advise pre-check in my choice was take a smoking room or wait for a non-smoking room, which is abnormal I slept badly in the smoking room unfortunately, this was my only upset

Very good location, very good facilities!

Hotel is in a very good position, around are a lot of restaurants. Big and nice rooms, modern unusual design - everithing electric drived. On the 6’th floor is a very beautifilul SPA and swimmingpool. Are also 2 jacuzzis outside on the teras. The view from the jacuzzy is amasing. Room service bringed good food. Nice terase bar on the 6’th floor with a big offer of vines. For the Canton Fair the hotel organised the transportation for guests with buses. Everithing was done perfect! Nice people, very helpful!

I booked king size room. We recceved a room with view blocked by a curtain wall. Second day we moved in an other room - off cours we had to pay additional. But the new room was perfect! In the morning the restaurant is full - is not easy to find place to stay.

Would definitely come back.

I got upgraded to the corner room on executive floor, so I have nothing to complain about that. The bar/restaurant street right in front of the hotel is totally awesome. I am surprise the hotel didn't make it a selling point. I would stay again because of this street. The gym was very well equipped. Speedy checkin checkout.

The bar is disappointing. Very small, very little choice of drinks. The room service menu is near to nothing and the hotel still won't deliver food orders to the room.

The front desk is always helpful and the room is nice and clean. I love the location of this place.

The elevator is a bit slower than expected.

A great sightseeing stay in Guangzhou CBD

The room is quite commodious. The view is great. We have two sides of windows where we can see Guangzhou Tower directly. The toilet is also impressive with a smart electric bidet. There is a big shopping mall next door so we have a lot of dinning options.

The hotel Chinese restaurant on 5th floor doesn't meet our expectation of a Michelin 1 star one. The service is a mess while the dishes do not match the price at all.
