The staff, the facilities, breakfast were all great.
Our room was on the ground floor, and we could easily hear guests walking and talking outside in the evening. Almost as if our room door was left open.

The housekeeping staff was very good. They asked us every morning as we walked by, greeted my daughter using a formal Bisaya greeting. Took time to tidy up and organize our toiletries and my daughter's stuffed animals.
- light switches in bathroom didn't always work the 1st time you pressed them and you had to push them really hard and fast to get them to work.
- No 2 bed rooms with a Queen and a Double for 2 adults and a child. Only 2 double bed option.
- Miscommunication with independent Cafe owners meant someday were Biffet and some were al la carte - but this wasn't communicated to Guests which led us to think thatt the Breakfast was closed that morning.
- Hotel offers poolside towels but you have to request them and sometimes the staff brought them and sometimes the mife guard brought them if you bugged him enough. It would be nice if they just had a stack of towels on a cart loke most Hotels for Guests to grab.
-Swimming pool Warerfall was not working
-Construction noise on new Hotel Tower was loud and woke us up at times.

As other reviews state u totally forget that it’s in the city, really quiet and entrance and pool area has pretty green areas. Hotel room was big and enough space for our 3 medium sized luggages. Food was yummy.
Nothing to say that really bothers maybe that the lamps can inly be turned off by unpluging.

Good service. Airconditioning was good.
I stayed in a two bed room. The bed is so small.
There is no elevator.
