Overall, we were very happy with our stay at Hotel Angeli and enjoyed our holiday in Rimini.
The location is ideal for families travelling with children. The sea is just a 5-minute walk away, and there is a bus stop literally right in front of the hotel entrance. There is also a tobacco shop very close to the hotel where you can conveniently buy bus tickets.
The rooms are modern, cosy and comfortable, and the towels were changed regularly. The staff are very pleasant, friendly and genuinely willing to help. A special gratitude to Carlotta and Oksana for their detailed answers to all our questions, as well as their helpful advice and recommendations. We really appreciated your kindness and assistance! ❤️
We also really enjoyed the hotel bar. The ice cream and pastries were absolutely delicious, and the staff there were very kind, friendly and attentive. It was a lovely place to stop for a little treat during the day. 🍦🥐
There were, however, a few things that could be improved.
Our first room faced the main street and was unfortunately quite noisy, especially at night. We would like to say a special thank you to the staff for moving us to another room so quickly. The new room faced a quiet side street and was much more comfortable for sleeping and relaxing at night. However, the Wi-Fi signal in this room was almost impossible to catch. 😕
We were also rather disappointed by the cooking utensils and pans — they looked like they had come straight from the Flintstones era 🙈😂. I will attach a photo. Considering that decent frying pans are quite affordable in the nearby supermarket, this would be an easy thing to improve.
And yes… there were also mosquitoes in the room. 🦟
