Air conditioning in the room, Staff Nunzia very professional and Informative, she gave very good recommendation for dinners.
Not good cleaning service into the room into the spa and in the breakfast terrace.

Location is good, comfortable bed, very clean. bathroom was clean
Private parking 25€ per night! very expensive! plus dog fee 10€ per night. free access to spa only until certain time. No shower essentials like shampoo or shower gel.

Good size room big balcony on 2nd floor only small pool and jacuzzy located on the 5th floor plenty of beaches to go on the day lots of bars and restaurants to go check the prices first before you sit at the table and lots of party and night life until 2 am
On Booking.com website city tax was 48 euros at the hotel cildren over 14 has to pay also city tax total 72 euros also the hotel refused to give me late check out until 2 pm for 25 euro and said i have to buy one more night for 190 € so they can make more money breakfast for 4 stars hotel is just normal breakfast also the staff on the breakfast tables where rude asking me how many persons we are in the room for no reazon probably cofused me with someone else still rude , iv seen they don't really like tourist for some reazon only italians we also had people walking on our balcony to take photos of the beach and rubbish food droped from the balcony above and dogs coming from the others room onto our balcony we ordered breakfast in the room for one morning room service is 5 euro they bring us the wrong things not what we ascked for the hotel whant to save on anything starting from breakfast to towels instead of tree they only give you 2 you have to ask every time you pay for triple room and they only give you for double room so in general is more like a 3 star hotel
