Room upgrade and space: We were pleasantly surprised to receive a free upgrade to a superior room. The bathroom was also very spacious.
In-room amenities: It was great to have a kettle and tea bags provided in the room.
Great breakfast selection: The breakfast options were quite extensive and filling, featuring scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, vegetables (cucumbers, tomatoes), fresh fruit (melon, watermelon), rice cakes, bread, cakes, cheese, coffee, and soft drinks.
Poor Wi-Fi connection: Unfortunately, the internet connection was very weak. We barely had one bar in the room (compared to full signal everywhere else during our trip), and in some spots, the Wi-Fi didn't work at all.
Room wear and tear / cleanliness: The rooms are looking a bit tired and outdated, and the bottoms of the curtains were dirty.
Inconvenient outlet placement: Even though there were two separate twin beds, there was a power outlet on only one side.
Bathroom issues: The shower pressure was uneven, and the towel rail/heater did not heat up at all.

The room was very spacious and very clean, as was the bathroom. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. The pool was large, clean, and at the perfect temperature. The staff were very friendly and helpful whenever we had any questions.

The property was clean and modern. The staff were very accommodating and welcoming. The hotel arranged balloons and cake for my partners birthday celebration which was really helpful.
The breakfast was delicious.
We booked the hotel because it has an indoor pool, unfortunately I did not realise that my 13 year old would be unable to use it as it was only for age 14 and over. As such, we did not get to use it as we did not want to to leave one member of the family out.

Personal was very friendly and helpful
I asked for non-smoking room, but room smelled of cigarettes a lot, but I was too tired to complaint after 12 hrs of driving.
Breakfast offer is extremelly low (apart from sweets, these are tasty) and its same every day. There are hotels closer to the beach for same price that i tried in the past
