In general, it is an ok hotel with good quiet location, average but comfy rooms and outstanding personnel.
The rooms are small, but not smaller than in any other good hotel in Paris. I lived in two rooms and one of them had a renovated bathroom so it was a bit more comfortable than the other.
It is located on a quiet street, so it was easy to sleep at night with an open window. I loved that.
I wouldn’t remember anything about this hotel really if it wasn’t for two very good employees. Receptionist Philip. And a girl who took care of the breakfast and the common area cleanliness. Philip gave me great recommendations on the surroundings, places to eat, things to see. He has very good taste. So I highly recommend asking him for recommendations. The girl is generally very nice and friendly, takes good care of the common areas so they are clean and there is always some fruit and biscuits and coffee that you can take whenever you want. The kitchen area is always open, which was good for me too.
I am underlining The team as an advantage because I moved there from a much more fashionable hotel, where price is 30% higher and people at the reception or at the restaurant were not nice at all.
In general everything is fine. If I were the owner, I’d finish the refurbishment of the showers in all rooms. So that there is no mold there. Or maybe more dramatic cleaning is needed. Shouldn’t be overly expensive but would change the perception.
Another small thing is to buy a sticky hanger for the shower for the towels. in the room cleaning can be a bit better: I saw dark hair (quite a few) on the bathroom floor in my second room. Wasn’t critical , but it’s better if it weren’t there.
Some rooms are too small, but the price is yet fair so I wouldn’t point it as a disadvantage

Beautiful facility - worn and in some places, outdated, but overall, everything worked, rooms were spacious and clean and breakfast was good.

Phillip made our day! Extremely welcoming, helpful and amazingly supportive.
Room was tight - not a lot of room to move about for two adults and 4 pieces of luggage. Liked the shower, room quiet and glad you had coffee to enjoy in room
