The wonderful staff. Location. The style of the place. The fact that they have a Night manager. The spa. The breakfast. The car park and grounds. In fact, more or less everything about the place.
It's not really a case of "didn't like". It is a much better standard than many 4 star hotels. It would be even better if there was a small Resident's Bar and/or if the beer they sell was not Heineken! There is no need for a restaurant, as there are good ones in Visegrád that need business from hotel guests.

Cozy, clean, friendly little hotel with good wellness facilities, helpful staff, vegan option at breakfast, free parking and wifi. Very good location.

It was clean and a variety of facilities available for a family to enjoy some time off. Spa was great and the breakfast was also nice.
Our room booking included balcony but in arrival we recieved a room with no balcony. The staff was very helpful and sorting it out promotly, so we could get a room we needed.
