The unit was located in a much quieter area with a lovely view across to the Hungarian Parliament. The balconey was an additional asset to be used due to the hot temperatures during our stay. The host was pleasant and very helpful with local information.

Incredible location, just across the street from the Fisherman's Bastion. 10 minute walk from Buda castle and the chain bridge. Close to multiple restaurants, lots of street parking, great views of the parliament building. Very easy check-in/check-out process, friendly and accommodating staff, delicious breakfast (loved eating on the balcony), clean and spacious rooms.

Our stay here during our Budapest road trip was simply perfect. The location is unbelievable: when they say “city center”, they really mean it. The apartment is in the Buda side, the quieter and more elegant area of the city, literally behind the Fisherman’s Bastion, only 3–5 minutes walking uphill. Despite being in the center, it is extremely quiet and peaceful.
The apartment was spotless and smelled amazing as soon as we entered. Pictures honestly do not do it justice — in real life it is much more beautiful, with a very authentic Eastern European 80s/90s charm, beautiful carpets, and a warm atmosphere. Towels and bed linens were also perfectly clean and fresh.
A huge thank you to Lajos for his kindness and help with parking our rental car. Parking in Buda can easily cost more than €20 per day, and thanks to him we avoided paying those crazy prices. He was incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our stay.
Breakfast was included and excellent, with a lot of sweet and savory options even when we arrived late. The breakfast area was always super clean, and we loved the little balcony with a view of the Parliament. Also, being able to grab coffee or tea there anytime during the day or night was a very nice touch.
Special thanks also to Gabor, who was always kind, friendly, and lovely to chat with in the morning.
If you are staying in Budapest, this place is absolutely perfect and we would 100% stay here again.
