Property is very good location is also good but price is bit high I think breakfast should was include in this price
Which room we stayed there was refrigerators not working because that time was summer so we faced problem

The room was lovely and big,bed was comfortable,only there for One night for the Champions League final,bus stop 100 yards down the road which takes you into town.

Location, 15-20 min walk to Danube River
Old accommodation, one room smelled of cigarette smoke and the bathroom smelled of sewage. The first night was ok, the second not. On the second day of the stay, two buses with teenagers arrived, they slammed the doors of the rooms until 2 in the morning, screaming, laughing.

Good location, not far from the city center, and the place looked better in reality than in the photos.
Unfortunately, the staff was extremely unhelpful and rude. I am currently a Booking Genius Level 3 member (the highest level), and after many hotel stays, I have never encountered such an unprofessional and uncooperative team.
During the night, around early morning hours, the electrical fuses in our room started making a constant loud noise that prevented us from sleeping. When I went to the reception to ask for assistance, the receptionist told me that he “could not help because there was no one else available” and questioned why it was a problem for us if other guests were not complaining, adding that “you are just another guest.”
This level of dismissiveness and lack of willingness to resolve a basic issue was extremely disappointing. In all my years of traveling, I have never experienced such poor and discourteous service.
Additionally, aside from the staff-related issues, the beds were very hard and the pillows were extremely uncomfortable.
