I didn’t expect five star treatment due to the pricing of the hotel, but it managed to be even worse than my low service

I booked it for the amazing view from the rooftop. And in that sense it delivered. We only stayed for one night.

When we arrived we were told to go to their “sister” hotel. My husband had to make a scene before they gave us the room we actually booked. They still haven’t given me my refund which I had to chase several times and was even contacted to say it’s been paid. This was our first night in Cairo.

Very well situated, nice staff

Very well situated right in front of the pyramids. Staff is very nice! Always ready to help and making sure we are never in need of anything. We welt very welcome the second we entered the place. There is a rooftop with an amazing view of the pyramids!! The room was very comfortable but nothing fancy, but ok for the price!

There were some power outages every night, but this was for the whole town, so not in control of the hotel

Excellent place with amazing views

This is an excellent family-run hotel in the heart of Giza and with amazing views of the pyramids. The location and value are unparalleled, particularly if the main focus of your travels is around Giza, Saqqara, Memphis, etc. Staff were attentive and accommodating. Complimentary breakfasts were delicious and a great way to start the day. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Cairo.

Nearby streets can be a bit noisy at night so bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper

Highly recommended

Interest of hotel staff is very good. Location is perfect, directly near of Giza Plateau and view to pyramids.

location - the view is the best ever!!!, comfort in the room, clean, awesome owner and all the stuff- very friendly, hospitable and helpful. Good breakfast.

excellent place, hospitality and view🤩

the hospitality is excellent ! Mr. Kamal and Miss Monica were very kind and helpfull ❤️ rooms clean and they gave us free bottles of water ! the view is the best thing ever ! Very recommended for family or friends ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

it is a decent value as you can not beat the view of you get ours

room was decent, small but updated “ish”. location is great for viewing pyramids but otherwise neighbourhood is not good

the breakfast is horrible. food that should be chilled left in the heat for hours. the dirty loud neighbourhood.

Pleasant

Stuff and breakfast were really good. The reception is working 0-24. Drinking water was always available. Nice terace on the top.

My bedroom didn't have a window, just a small hole in the wall looking at the other part of hotel or some repository

Very good

Breakfast with a view of the pyramids and sphinx. The ticket office for the sphinx entrance is across the road (opened 8.30 in May - go early before the busses start arriving). You have to turn the hot water on 20min before you use it. Our flight arrived at 1am so the (25$) airport pickup was a life-saver. Breakfast was basic but tasty.

For the convenient location and price, nothing.

beds are really comfortable, everything was clean, the views of the sphinx and the pyramids are amazing! the staff is great, they try to help in everything! and just a few steps from the entrance to the pyramids

Exceptional

Everything about this stay was great - probably the best we had in Egypt. Great location, helpful staff, comfortable bed. They really went out of their way to make sure we had anything we needed.

Being on the main road there was a lot of noise in the evening, but this seems to be standard in Egypt and we slept fine with earplugs.

Location was great for access to pyramids and sunset view on rooftop. Staff fantastic super kind and helpful with an early breakfast and taxi to airport.

Sheets old didn’t seem very clean. carpet old needs cleaning too. The place will need some work if they want to keep up with the competition around.

it’s prime location direct view to the sphinx and pyramids 1 min walk to the ticket and main entrance of the pyramids you can watch the sound and light show from the rooftop for free good value of money for such view

Close to pyramide nice view

Near pyramids view it’s incredible. About 2 minutes walk to enter pyramid area. Very nice honor to help us every time. Thanks to kamal for hospitality and help.

Homeless near entrance pyramid and too many sellers.

Honest review- A family of 4

Location- Perfect You can have some food looking at the pyramids. Staff They were AMAZING! Taxi Drivers/reception etc. *Keep in mind MONEY is the KING

Middle East Road Trip

GREAT location ........... I mean great location and view. Roof top breakfast was just amazing with the views. Great cold air conditioning. Rooftop cafe/bar for a cold Stella. I arrived very early, check-in guy was great. Sound and light show right at your door step from room window and rooftop. Breakfast was good. Staff was nice and helpful. Good WiFi.

NEVER, never was picked up at the airport after 2-3 email correspondences with the property, getting to the property from the airport by taxi at 3:00 AM was not the best. Bathroom was old and needed a facelift. Refrigerator was not very cold. With all that being said I would return in a heart beat, GREAT LOCATION and staff.

Price quality excellent - rooftop view is indeed amazing - service is good

The location is why you book here. Our first breakfast in Egypt was on the rooftop with view on the pyramids!

They didn’t have the room I booked (apartment 2 bedrooms) and blamed it on the booking module.

Very good

Amazing view from the terrace, very friendly and helpful staff. Very close to the pyramids, just across the street from the sound and light show. They treated our children and us so kindly. we can only recommend this hotel.

You just CAN'T beat this view !!!

You just CAN'T beat this view :) Both from my room, and from the roof terrace of the hotel - it's just STUNNING !!! EXCELLENT driver / car / pick up and from the hotel. Very kind and welcoming staff at the hotel. Soundproofing is not there - bring your earplugs. A lot of tramping, dragging chairs and tables + loud housekeeping dragging beds is annoing ! Decent beds and bathroom. AMAZING view from the terrace !!! Would recommend this place 10 out of 10 times 🤗
