The location is awesome. The staff are very very friendly, helpful and kind. Ms. Karima is the kindest person I met in Cairo and I love talking to her every time I’m there. The reception day and night shifts were very helpful and always greeted me with a smile. I love staying there
The stairs in the entrance of the building are a bit tilted down to the back and it was very difficult to climb them up and down with the bags.

Everything to be honest. The staff were amazing, especially Ms. Karimah; she was very kind and sweet and the service was excellent. The location downtown is a huge plus and the old downtown building adds an original feel to the stay.
The sign was not clear outside the property and I had to contact them via Whatsapp to get clear directions, but they did not disappoint and 2 minutes later I was at the reception.
