The staff is truly welcoming and kind.
The fresh air conditioning is definitely a plus.
They are flexible and good communication
The door of the terrace didn't fully close which didn't help with the sound isolation and would have appreciated some fresh water in the fridge

这里的员工都很nice，尤其是Noha，还送了小礼物给我。我一个人住了十晚，早餐每天都不一样。有稳定的热水，空调给力。浴室虽然有点小，但做了干湿分离，配有吹风筒。房间临街，但还不算吵。最后洗衣费也挺便宜的。总之，要再来开罗，我一定会毫不犹豫预订这家酒店。

Premièrement l’accueil des personnels surtout Noha une merveilleuse personne, très gentille, à l’écoute à chaque fois si on a besoin de quelques choses, elle connaît mettre ces clients dans les meilleurs conditions. J’ai vraiment passé de meilleurs moments dans cet hôtel avec un déjeuné parfait, meilleur emplacement dans le centre-ville du Caire. Future Hostel reste mon hôtel à chaque fois quand je décide d’aller en Égypte.

Chambre propre, personnel gentil
Nous avions une réservation pour 2 personnes mais une seule serviette de bain. Il était tard et nous n'avons pas pu en demander une supplémentaire
