W tym roku to mój drugi pobyt w Kairze, hotel spełnił moje oczekiwania, więc w marcu na pewno wróce do niego. Czysty, pokój sprzątany dokładnie, personel miły i pomocny, Pomimo iż okno balkonowe było od strony ulicy, po zamknięciu było absolutnie cicho, klimatyzacja cicha i sprawna. Hotel przestronny, No i super windy, ciche i sprawne, z czym w Kairze w innych miejscach jest wielkim problemem, Lokalizacja super, metro prawie na miejscu, obok hotelu pełno sklepów
zdecydowana większość gości to Arabowie, więc (słusznie ) menu śniadaniowe przygotowane pod nich, bardzo duży wybór jak na tą klase Hotelu w Kairze, kucharz przygotowuje omlety, jajecznice na życzenie

مكان الفندق جيد النظافه الغرفه جيد جدا والفرش جيد جدا
اولا الانترنت فقط في الاستقبال لا يعمل خارج الاستقبال ولا يوجد غلاية ماء، في الغرفه أو ماء، للشرب وفي وجبة الفطار يقوم الشخص الي يعمل في المطعم بفرض الماء، عليك وبسعر 25 جنيه وكان من الأفضل يترك الحريه للنزلاء وبما انه لا يوجد غلاية ماء في الغرفه تحتاج الي كأس ماء ساخن يجب أن تنزل الي الكافتيريا الي في الاستقبال للحصول على الماء وحين التحدث مع السيد ماهر موظف الاستقبال قال يجب أن تدفع مقابل هذا الماء 20 جنيه مصري وللأسف زرت كثير من الدول والفنادق لم أجد مثل هذا التصرف وكذلك اول يوم نزلت في غرفه مفرده ولكن كان الحمام خارج الغرفه يعني حين تذهب إلى الحمام يجب إغلاق الغرفه والذهاب إلى الحمام والعودة كذلك وكان من المفترض انه يوجد ترس أو بلكون ولكن لم يكن هذا موجود والنقطة الاخيره حين طلب مني سداد المبلغ قلت له أسدد على البطاقه قال سوف ناخذ نسبه اضن قال 2% أو اكتر لا اتذكر فذهبت واحضرت له المبلغ نقدا دائما النزيل يكون سعيد حين أن يقدم الفندق اي شي ولو بسيط من المشروبات ماء أو شاي أو قهوه وايضا اسعار الكافتيريا مرتفع بالنسبه لتصنيف الفندق وشكرا لكم
