Everything perfect here , the front desk professional and nice , the costumer service amazing, rooms service perfect, it's very new and nice and clean hotel, it's inside old historic building on the 4th floor , the elevator seems scary but after using it we liked it , our stay there was amazing, in the heart of the markets, everything next to you , it was amazing stay

الفندق ممتاز جدا كنظافه غرف والاثاث ايضا جديد وغير مهترئ ومالكة المكان مدام محترمه جدا وراقيه وتعاملها جدا رائع مع النزلاء ... موقع الفندق اكثر من رائع كونه في قلب المدينه وقريب لجميع الخدمات
هناك موظف في الرسيبشن اسمه هاني سيئ الاخلاق ولايتعامل مع النزلاء بإحترام ويسيئ الى الفندق وسمعته بشكل كبير جدا . وهذا هاني ليس لديه ادنى مؤهلات العمل في مجال الفندقه والضيافه وبقائه في الفندق عمل منفر للزبأئن
