We booked this to be close to the Stelvio Pass so the location was good. A pleasant hotel which had lots of facilities that we did not need or use.
The hotel catered for half board which would not have been our preference. We would have preferred to have a choice although, there are few restaurants to eat at in the town so it may have been our only option.
We did not feel the staff fully understood that they had visitors from many different countries, not just Germany.

Die Ausstattung war ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen (Handtücher sehr dünn, Bademäntel eingerissen, Dusche in der Badewanne)

Das komplette Personal - von Chef bis Kellner hat uns gradezu ignoriert. Keine Begrüßung zum Frühstück und allgemein starke Zurückhaltung.
Ausstattung der Küche in der junior suite ist mangelhaft. Dreckige / schimmlige / defekte Möbel
