Super Frühstücksbuffet, mega Wellnessbereich, sehr nettes und bemühtes Personal. Garage für Auto vorhanden, sehr ruhig. Super Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
Wir waren im „alten“ Trakt des Hauses. Das Bett war unbequem (Federmatratze), das Blinken der zwei Feuermelder alle paar Sekunden in der Nacht war sehr störend (wir sind da aber auch sehr empfindlich und haben leichten Schlaf). Terrasse mit Plastikstühlen etwas lieblos.

Ottima la sistemazione, le camere ristrutturate sono davvero belle e la vista sul ghiacciaio è sicuramente unica.
Le aree comuni sono molto belle, la spa non è enorme, ma di grande effetto con la piscina panoramica (e che panorama).
Colazione meravigliosamente varia e tutto sommato buona.
Onestamente ho trovato tutto un pochino disorganizzato, struttura incredibile, ma con poca organizzazione. Il personale gentilissimo, ma secondo me non abbastanza. Vedere la receptionist servire ai tavoli la sera non mi è sembrato normale.
Per ben due volte ci è anche stato servito pane assolutamente non fresco e queste cose in una struttura così non te le aspetti.
Come non ti aspetti di non trovare nessun kit cortesia in camera, nemmeno un sapone per il bidet che era in una stanza divisa dalla doccia e dal lavabo, proprio per questo sarebbe stato importante averlo.

The hotel is advertised as new but it seems like a few areas have not been renovated for example like the indoor pool and some rooms. For example, our room was exactly as advertised but it doesn’t seem like it had been renovated. However, it was clean and very spacious.
Whereas the lobby, spa area and the rest of the hotel was new and beautiful with a minimal design.
We enjoyed all the meals, breakfast has many options, lunch was really good and it was possible to have fish, meat and pasta made on request. Snack time was good with cakes and drinks. Dinner was excellent.
The SPA area was very nice and completely new. A plus was that there were different herbal teas and dried fruits at all time.
We had the all inclusive option but it had some limits time wise and not all drinks were included.
First of all, the lack of empathy, consideration and carelessness of the staff (most of them). Most of them would completely ignore you and not even say hello.
We had a problem with the hairdryer that wasn’t working properly. We called the reception twice to ask if we could have another hairdryer as my hair was wet but they simply said that they didn’t have one and they would send someone to check. The guy came in and said he couldn’t fix it. The staff at the reception couldn’t care less and they didn’t even try to fix the situation and find a solution. They didn’t even bother to call the room or us directly to ask if the problem had been solved. The hotel was half empty and they didn’t even suggest changing the room or using the hairdryer in another room. I had to remain with damp hair for the whole night! It is totally unacceptable! I have never seen anything like this before!
Another thing was that the water in the outside pool could have been a little warmer.
The slippery floor outside was a hazard, only on the last day they put some salt.
