We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful place. I expected the pool to be busier when I saw the amount of sunbeds available but we were sometimes the only ones there and there were never more than a handful of people. We also loved our large terrace and barbeque. The steps to Scala were a challenge in the heat but we are a relatively fit family so it wasn't a problem. We rarely used our car as found the driving a bit hair raising! We walked the steps down to Amalfi (about 1 hr) and got the bus back (only €2) . We also walked or used the bus between Scala and Ravello. Carla was particularly accommodating and helped me book a doctor for my son and even gave us a lift to the surgery without us asking (even though she knew we had a car). I would definitely recommend a stay here to visit this beautiful area.
The terrace could have done with a bit more lighting. We couldn't really see what we were eating for our barbeque but again this was only a minor thing and we managed by putting the bedroom light on and opening the shutters.

Nice and comfortable apartment. Good airco in both sleeping room as well the living room. Nice to have bug screens as well to be able to open door but keep mosquitoes out.
Two bathrooms and toilets was a plus as well, one of them with a nice rain shower. Very big terrace with plenty of chairs!
You do need to climb quite a lot when going to the pool (which was nice as well) or to the village - but that is part of being at the Amalfi Coast.
Possible to walk down to Amalfi (nice walk!) in about an hour.
The info provided could have been better: only when we asked we were told on how to enter the terrain without the key. Similarly we were not told on how to leave towards the walk trail.
Kitchen could have been outfitted a bit better: only plastic wine glasses, and just 4 normal glasses.

Even better than we had imagined. Beautiful views from the room and pool. The hosts were so kind and the little town was so nice and quiet. We also walked to 20 minutes to the neighboring town of Ravello for the day and there were lovely shops and restaurants. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed!
It is quite difficult to get a bus up to the apartment in Scalla as they are very busy - but it’s easy to take the bus down to Amalfi. So just to note that you might need a taxi to bring you back from Amalfi which can be quite expensive.

Carla and Carmella were lovely girls who were super helpful and very friendly.
The property was spotless and comfortable.
Pool was fab, views were incredible.
Breakfasts were delicious and delivered to your door where you can eat on your personal patio.
Location was not brilliant. Would not recommend without a car. Loads of steps.
