Good location - easy 1 minute walk to the bus stops in either direction. Just across from the surf club (which has a nice cafe and restaurant), and beaches of the river and sea.
Nice, clean apartment with a comfy bed and well-equipped kitchen. Seems to be a nice quiet area.
Was a little chilly in the evening - no heatpump, but there was a spare quilt in the cupboard.
