The apartment was spacious. The pool area is excellent, and access to the beach is great. Free parking was very handy.
For seven nights, we booked a Deluxe Two-Bedroom Apartment with Ocean View, which is advertised as "2 private balconies with panoramic ocean views.". We were given a room that faced west and north, which had views of the hinterland more than the ocean. When raised with Reception, we were told that it was the correct room. Perhaps the room description should be updated to avoid this confusion. The "F" rooms seem to be the hinterland-facing rooms.

Location and views are excellent. Secure under cover parking. Spacious apartment.
I thought I'd booked a hotel room - not an apartment in a tower block. The unit was quite clean although a little run down in some areas - scuff marks on walls etc. I woke to find a cockroach on the bedside table. Under-sink garbage bin had no lid. Multi-channel television VERY difficult to navigate.

Location and outdoor facilities are amazing and what brings us back year after year. Beach, park and supermarket on your doorstep. We love coming to Royal Palms but have learnt that the standard of room are vastly different and on two occasions we’ve lucked out with less than average appartments. On the flip side we’ve also stayed in some gorgeous appartments.
One of the reception staff is unwelcoming and makes it really discouraging to ask any questions.
The room we had (15c) was meant to be an delux room but it was old and tired. It had outdoor garden furniture for its main couch and no aircon. This made the room really uncomfortable as there is nowhere relaxing to sit. Lucky it was the start of spring and only low 20s outside. With the balcony doors open 24/7 and ceiling fans on max the inside was just about bearable but any warmer and it would have been a hot box.

Location and view were amazing
There were no basic cooking ingredients such as salt, pepper, oil, gladwrap etc.
Wineglasses were chunky and mis-matched.
Cardboard box from pervious occupants on blankets in wardrobe.
Poor provisioning of dishwashing and dishwasher products - only 1 sachet of each.
