Good shower and soft towels. Room clean and staff friendly
Breakfast was dreadful. Run out of cutlery, orange juice and coffee and had to ask for this. Plate size available if a side plate! Bacon was rubbery, eggs were watery. Toast was the safest option!

Staff were friendly and apologitic but having to multi task and were stretched too much, breakfast was good, plenty of free parking and disabled spaces
Understaffed so the food was slow resulting in meals coming out at different times, food was cold and the nachos had half the ingredients missing!
Cleanliness was ok overall but rooms are in need of a refurb. Tv didnt work properly. Air con was useless it just kept getting warmer and one of the rooms had no mugs
