we didn’t end up staying at this property as it had a leak so the owner moved us to another property of his, but the property was nice, cosy and comfortable.

had a very pleasant stay here. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Although the bathroom and shower are shared, they were always spotless and hygienic. The location is excellent—very close to both Luton Airport and the city centre, making it convenient for travelers and anyone visiting the area. The accommodation offers great value for money, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and affordable place to stay. I would happily stay here again.

It was ideally situated for us as we were flying from Luton and it was close to the car park
There was no human interaction on check in, it was all done by message. The rooms are in a Porto cabin type structure so the walls are thin and if like us you have someone repeatedly going in and out you can hear them. The television in our room didn’t work(no areal in the room) and it wasn’t clear who to contact as I said previously there were no sign of anyone on checking in. The toilet and shower facility’s are basic and a bit shabby and the entrance to the room block is not that inviting.There is parking advertised, the property is situated at the bottom of a residential street with a blocked pave drive.it would fit 2 cars comfortably if the cars are parked properly and the rest are parked on the street in front of them. Again there is no one to speak to regarding the parking so if you need to leave and someone is blocking your car in good luck.
