The price-quality ratio is unmatched - this was one of the least expensive rooms I could find in Rosario on short notice, so my expectations were extremely low, especially having been burnt before.
However, the facilities are very modern and high quality, and everything is kept clean at an impressive level (even more impressive when taking into account Rosario/Argentinean standards).
But most of my praise goes to the staff, who are extremely helpful and go out of their way to make you feel truly welcomed, another rarity in this town. Their cordiality and kindness really makes you feel at home - it definitely offers something a standard run-of-the-mill hotel doesn't.
These are nitpicks considering the price, but for the sake of thoroughness:
It would have been nice to be given the remote for the AC unit, which unfortunately is set to 24 degrees celsius, and leaves you unable to control the temperature or the fan speed.
Given that it's technically a "apart hotel", the lack of a stove for cooking might deter some folks on longer stays.
The breakfast was served in an impeccable fashion, but it had too few items (i.e. scramble eggs are usually a staple, but there weren't any).
