La stanza era spaziosa e il bagno molto ampio. Bella la zona wellness con diverse saune, bagno turco e una piscina esterna con più getti idromassaggio, molto piacevole. Personale cortese e disponibile. La cucina è complessivamente buona. Per la cena c'è un menù prestabilito (non c'è una scelta tra più primi e più secondi come accade abitualmente) ma c'è la possibilità di chiedere modifiche
La pulizia della stanza non era molto accurata. Gli armadi andrebbero ripensati mettendo dei cassetti. La struttura è penalizzata dalla vicinanza della strada statale, che è molto rumorosa, ma per fortuna l'anno prossimo dovrebbe essere completata la variante. Gli infissi sono ottimi e garantiscono contro il rumore, ma non è possibile dormire con la finestra aperta

Super miła obsługa hotelowa, wszyscy pomocni na każdym kroku. Bardzo dziękujemy za zorganizowanie śniadania na podróż wczesnym rankiem:)
Zapach obornika, zaraz za ogrodzeniem jest farma z krowami.
Godziny otwarcia basenów są krótkie 15-19.

The only fascinating thing which I can mention about the hotel was the interior - beautifully furnished, cozy and modern. The food was also very delicious. The dinner was with predefined menu and the breakfast buffet was very rich with lots of choices of sweet and savory.
Only at the reception we were able to speak with someone who knew English and we received very helpful guidance of the status of the road to Tre Cime and recommendations what to do instead.
I would prefer to be informed in advance about the working hours of the wellness center and the restaurant in order to be able to actually use the facilities. I did not find any information neither in Booking or in their own website.
The minus for us was that only after we arrived at the hotel we received a flair with the information about all the facilities. Practically we were not able to use any of the wellness facilities neither the day of our arrival, or the day when we checked out. And the most negative experience for us was that the staff was ok with that, like we were supposed to know the working hours of the wellness center and it is our fault that we missed it. They did not even try to excuse themselves or to compensate us for our loss.
Another negativity was the service from our waiter. This lady spoke only German and Italian and was not able to explain us what we were served (the menu was also in those two languages).
