We had an amazing stay here. The hotel staff was very friendly, the room was comfortable with amazing views from the balcony. I can't recommend it enough. We also had dinner every night there which was a good decision because the food was just amazing. Usually there would be 2-3 different dishes at the buffet - salads, soup, pasta, pizza etc. And the main course is set with 2 options (one vegetarian). And finally there's a dessert that was also great. Everything was super tasty. It's like you're dining in some super expensive restaurant for only 20€ per person. The hotel location is a bit remote which was great for us because you're surrounded by nature and it's only 2-3 minutes by car to the town center.
We could hear other guests talking or watching tv in the room next to us even when they weren't very loud. It wasn't that much of a problem because I think most people come there to do early morning hikes so it would quiet down by 10-11 PM. The other thing was having to do a pre-check in before we arrived. It wouldn't be a problem if I was at home but being on the trip already with poor connection in the mountains it was a bit annoying. But when we arrived to the hotel it was only a few minutes before we got our room keys so it was worth it :).
