The guesthouse was clean, tidy, and very cozy. It has all the basic amenities we needed, including a fridge and a private bathroom. We didn’t cook during our stay, but the space had what we would have needed if we did.
It felt more like a cute little cabin than a typical guesthouse, which made it feel warm and homey. We stayed at the cabin next to the house. Andrea was very responsive and easy to communicate with, and the Wi-Fi worked great. It’s a good 10 minute drive outside of akureyki.
Overall, it’s a lovely and comfortable place to stay for a couple of days.

A countryside stay close to Akureyri. Quaint cabin, clean and comfortable. There were horses in nearby fields and birds to watch in the morning.
Clear instructions on how to check in. The room had a coffee machine.

The location is lovely, just north of the town/city, and a short walk from the fjord. It was very peaceful and the scenery was beautiful.

Good situation, clean. Cute and friendly cat in the garden.
Cabin was old and the floor cracked at each step, impossible to go to the toilet at night without waking up the other person. Very poor kitchen facilities. Hot tub was not working and it was not offered at our arrival and then we couldn't find nobody to ask. It was one of the most expensive accomodation of our trip and one of the worse quality/price.
