Location is good very close to transport facilities. Staff at the facility were good. Front office staff, Seva was always helpful and understanding full of warmth, just like Dinare.. very helpful. Luda made the rooms clean.. good at Laundry!!👌. The manager, Mallim was fair!
Ventilation in the bathroom wasn't working well. They need to fix air extractor for clean air.

Great location. Good service. Amazing location. Perfect price.
It's a little long in the tooth as far as the conditions but you are getting a real value. It's cheap and I only slept in the room and showered.

The location was perfect and the price we paid was very good value for money
Sarah the lady on reception was very attentive. She was pleasant and helpful to all of our travellers.
She went over and beyond what we expected, helping us book taxis and guiding us on where points of interest were locally.
She greeted us by name and was interested in what our plans were for the trip.
She told us the hotel was near the university and that surrounding area was mainly students.
A KFC is across the road and there is a 24 hour supermarket approximately 300 yards away.

Seva who worked on reception was amazing. She made me and my friend very welcome. She was incredibly friendly and loved that we had visited for football.
It's dated - rooms were boiling hot but Seva happily switched off the radiators
