- Central location
- Nice clean budget economy single occupancy room (A/C, TV) - shared bathroom
- Affordable
- “Upsanna” the receptionist was friendly and tried to resolve any miscommunication
- There’s no signage and was really difficult to find the hotel. Google Maps takes you to a different location a few hundred meters away. I walked around for 40 minutes and had to ask a local coffee shop owner to help me find the location and even he had a difficult time finding the hotel. Owner/Manager did not respond by WhatsApp or phone call. When the Owner/Manager finally arrived at the property, there was no apology or remorse. He looked at me and said, “what’s the problem?” He said that the previous night a drunk man tore down his sign, but it looks like from older reviews that there was no signage before either. The “hotel” is located on the 2nd floor of the “Prestige Hotel.”
- I extended my stay here, but the prices on Booking were inconsistent. When I was about to pay for the extra days, they raised the prices (modified the prices in the Booking system in front of me).
- There is cigarette smell in the reception area and sometimes goes up to the guest room area.
- I wanted to pay with credit card, but the receptionist insisted that I pay with cash.
- Only stairs, no elevators

Very good location, adjacent to nizami street and many attractions at walking distance. Cooperative and cultured people. The room was very spacious and had all required things, including wifi. Great value for money
No name plate outside so had difficulty in locating on day one

Considering the location, the price is a great value. I had a very simple room, but it had everything I needed (decent bed and desk) for a comfortable stay of a few days. It seemed pretty clean, and the AC worked well. The wifi was also good, which was helpful.
I walked around for 20 minutes with a heavy backpack because the hotel's name is not on the building, AND the entrance for the hotel has a different number than the one on their given address. When I said this to the person working there, he chuckled...well I didn't find it funny walking around on a hot day with my backpack.
