We loved their hospitality, and ended up extending the stay, Mr Farhad and Mr Emil went above and beyond to assist us while fully respecting our privacy. The room had a large balcony, street view gave old city vibes despite being 2 minutes away from fountain square. No club noises. Bathroom was spacious and everything was working. I would recommend everyone to stay there for the best location in reasonable rates. They have shared kitchen to cook whatever we like, kettle and coffee is there.
I would recommend calling them upon arrival to find the hotel easily. It's on the second floor and you have to carry your luggage yourself. Also, I would suggest a white light in the room instead of yellow one. And the only mirror is in the bathroom. Still worth it. No complaints.

Amazing location, right next to a nice park, surrounded by great restaurants. You can very easily walk to the old city and most attractions. Access to a shared kitchen is handy.
Room is quiet and spacious. For the very low price we paid, it offers good value.
Balcony had not been cleaned before we arrived, there was a mug left by a previous guest full of cigarette ash and a banana peel. In fact, the entire room had a lingering smell of cigarettes. If you do not smoke, I cannot recommend the room with a balcony.
The room was also full of mosquitoes, and it was a recurring problem even keeping the balcony door shut. Front desk provided a plug-in bug repellent that helped, but did not solve the problem.
The shower holder was broken (I did not bother complaining, so maybe they would have fixed it), and the shower area design makes it very easy for the bathroom to flood. I had to use heavy objects to keep the shower curtain locked in place, because it moves just from the water hitting it and stops protecting.
Payment in cash only, which is usual, but good to know ahead of time.
