Very central location, close to Bangla Road and Beach, everything needed was in walking distance. Staff very friendly and helpful

I had a really enjoyable stay at the Freedom Hotel in Patong Beach. The hotel offers excellent value for money, with clean, comfortable rooms and everything you need for a relaxing base in Phuket. The location is very convenient — close enough to Patong’s beach, shops and nightlife, yet far enough away to feel calm and peaceful.
The staff were especially friendly and welcoming, always happy to help with local tips, transport or anything else I needed. The room was well maintained, cleaned regularly, and I appreciated the comfortable bed and reliable air conditioning after hot days out exploring.
Overall, a great place to stay if you’re looking for comfort, good service and an easy location in Patong. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to other travellers.

No breakfast. There is no lift and the room was very very basic.
Could have more facilities. Need to carry the luggage over steep steps.
