1. 地點絕佳，離各種的熱門景點跟公車站都非常方便，如: Jungceylon，Bangla Street
2. 隔音不差，儘管就在大馬路旁，但是街道上的噪音聽不太到。但是同棟住客在走廊移動的聲音是無法避免的
3. 女主人親切，有任何問題都能及時詢問跟尋求幫忙
4. 空調超強，就算在炎熱天氣都能給予舒適的溫度
5. 無線網路穩定
6. 提供衣物送洗服務，1公斤50泰銖
1. 浴室淋浴水量太少，熱水器溫度調整不友善，碰到櫃子會掉出鐵鏽，應該是固定梳妝櫃的釘子生鏽
2. 廁所沒有專屬的捲筒衛生紙，也沒有漱口杯，但可以拿外面的玻璃杯充當使用
3. 沒有提供吹風機跟室內拖鞋，可以跟女主人詢問。但是建議自備浴室用的防水拖鞋，如: 藍白拖或夾腳拖
4. 連住時的備品不會主動額外補充，例如: 衛生紙，瓶裝水，咖啡包，但可以接受
5. 每周一三五才有客房清潔服務，但是個人不太需要，所以能接受
6. 房間內禁止飲食，但是可以喝水或是泡咖啡。要吃熟食之類的，要去一樓入口的室外桌椅吃
