The rooms are quiet, you cannot hear the rooms near you or even hallway noise
Our key kept not working and had to be changed out twice (it worked on outside doors but not room)

We had an unforseen issue and one of the techs had to drive back to Knoxville and could NOT stay the night, however they would NOT cancel that room and refund. Therefore Booking.com is not my favorite. The room was more than we had budgeted but we have stayed there in the past with good results. It just simply was NOT a good business decision IMO for them to refuse to cancel and refund.
