I liked a staff member called Danielle, very informed and professional
They dont change linen or clean room or provide pots and pans etc didnt check to see if appliances were fully functional. Laundry was dirty. check in time is not 11am its closer to 3pm. you can only book in increments of 7 days. this needs to be highlighted

My booking was suppose to be at 11 but I had to wait until 2:30. But they did upgrade my room. Other than that, the room was really clean and comfortable. Stat was friendly.
I wish they would have more toiletries. There were no towels or rags provided, just a towel as a mat for the shower and a small bar of soap.

Price
Unfair treatment bc I was white. Mgr showed favoritism and then when I btold them there was a rat in my room they did not compensate nor move me. Put me in old room not yet upgraded but let others in upgraded rooms.
