No need to under each others feet with this entire property that's all yours! The front house, Sea Breeze sleeps 6 in three good sized bedrooms, has 2 bathrooms and open plan living. At the rear of the property you will find Salty Kisses, a new home with 2 bedrooms sleeping 4, new kitchen and bath. Join together in the back yard for a barbie, or take some time out and enjoy the 2 spaces. Guest Access: During your stay, you and your group will have the entire property to yourself. Please make yourself at home! The Neighborhood: The property is located in Point Clare right near Gosford (you'll see Brisbane Water on the map) so you'll be a 2 min walk from the water. The closest beaches are Umina and Ettalong which are about 15 min drive away and patrolled during summer. Aldi, bottle shop, Thai food, and cafe's are 2 min drive, Coles and a shopping centre are less than a 5 min drive. Restaurants like The Coast, The Boathouse, Gosford RSL and the Sailing Club are 5-10 min drive. Getting Around: Point Clare train station is 900m away from the house. Free on street parking is available. The property is located on a cul-de-sac, with little road traffic, making parking spots available at all times.
