It would be unfair to say all the staff were poor. The young lady who was there when we checked in was polite and the lady who cleaned the rooms was kind and helpful.
The location was good and the room was clean.
It is the "gentleman" who was at the desk when we left who was not someone I would want to encounter again. The rooms were not well-air-conditioned. It appears that the establishment believes it is fine to have a 20 degree temperature in the room. No matter how low we tried to make the temperature, it would not go lower than 20 degrees. However, the higher one's room was, the warmer it became. Our family members on the second floor had a 30 degree temperature in their rooms. When we pay for air-conditioning, we expect a cool room.
