Classy and comfortable

Max was great, friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and quiet, good bathroom and breakfast. WiFi was great!

nice design, clean, unfriendly staff

the rooms are very nice and clean

one of the staff members is extremely unfriendly. I travelled with a pet which was allowed at the property but the receptionist was very rude and concerned about it.

The gentleman at the reception who was also downstairs the following morning was particularly friendly and helpful!!

The location is conveniently located near the station and the building is very impressive.

Beautiful Foligno Hotel

The room was very quiet, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is also very close to Foligno old town so very convenient for restaurants. Would definitely recommend Relais Metelli for a stay in Foligno.

wonderful staff at a lovely property

great location to town and train station. hotel is small but rooms are spacious and comfortable. great shower. staff at hotel were wonderful and kind. they really helped make our stay very special and memorable. would like to return to the area and will plan to stay again

This was an exceptional establishment The service was excellent - staff helped me long before my actual visit with informative and very prompt feedback. during our stay, Laura was outstanding as was Francesco, with Ricardo attending to our vegan meals. Maria was extremely helpful and courteous at check in. overall staff were amazing. they even stored our bags they were friendly and paid attention to our every need. Location- was amazing. steps away from train station and close to the Foligno Main Street. Breakfast was sumptuous- catering for our vegan requirements. The establishment and amenities was flawless and exceptionally tasteful. The beds were comfortable, rooms were spacious and too class decor. cleanliness and neatness was on point. The decor is modern and absolutely beautiful.

Very comfortable stay just across the city wall

Very nice room, not too big but very well furnished. Comfortable bathroom.

Small annoyance, not really a problem: air-conditioning (working great, by the way) can only be disabled by asking the receptionist (who gladly did that).

Exceptional

We loved the view from balcony, the garden at back of hotel, and friendly helpful staff, who went out of their way to make us comfortable. Breakfast was good and bed was large and comfy.

Relax in a beautiful location!

Great position, extra clean. The room was just lovely and beautifully furnished. Best choice for getting some relax.

Maybe the breakfast could have more options. To switch off the A/C we need to contact the reception.

First great experience in Foligno

Great location five minutes from city center. Room with balcony was very bright. Staff super friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable with very nice modern decoration Great breakfast selection.

A bit noisy as busy road in back of the relais. Electric kettle would be a nice addition

Lovely place to stop at on a roadtrip.

Lovely old mansion, good breakfast, parking in the courtyard, late arrival hours.

There's not much to do do in Foligno, but at the center between Bavegna, Montefalco, Assisi, Spello...
