The staff is very friendly and exceptionally helpful. They packed us our snacks for the safari, and the Picnic pack was good and were ready on time. We booked 2 rooms. Both rooms are good. There were tea/coffee making facility in the room. Food was tasty and plentiful.
The toilet didn't have a bath mat, and the risk of falling is high. The restaurant ambiance is not so great, and that could be improved. The main lobby needs some upgrades and AC.

The receptionist I believe her name was Tharushi. Her smile and welcoming aura is what made our stay off to a good start. She even helped us with booking a Yala safari and also helped us with the early breakfast
The restaurant is understaffed which meat an Al a carte order could take up to 2 hours unless pre ordered.

The room had a broken bidet shower but was repaired by staff. The air con was leaking water which almost flooded the room.

The bathroom was very smelly and stinky.
Aircon was leaking water into the bed which was very uncomfortable.
When we complained this to the Manager Manjula, he seemed to have brushed this off with his ever so technical explanations. He seemed to be so defensive about it rather than trying to correct it.
