Not feeling like cooking, no worries. Hop in your electric cart or bikes and ride into Seaside or down 30A for award winning dining options. Famous restaurants such as “Bud and Alleys” and “The Great Southern” are a short ride away, by cart or bike. There is no need to get into your car after pulling into the driveway, unless you desire to go shopping at the Outlets in Sandestin, a short 15-20 minute car ride away. 31 Winterberry Circle is a comfortable home away from home during your vacation. A spacious master suite is located downstairs with queen size bed and bathroom equipped with a separate tub and walk-in shower. For added convenience, a full bath with walk-in shower is located immediately upon entering the home off the back hallway. The open floor plan provides a multitude of space for large parties or multiple families. The dining room table easily seats 6-8. More seating is located at the island in the kitchen. The dining room opens to the cozy living room consisting of an L shaped sofa and 2 comfortable chairs to enjoy movie watching on the mounted flat screen TV. The stairs lead you to the remaining 3 bedrooms in the home. A second master is upstairs which overlooks the beautiful garden the front of the house faces. A spacious walk in shower, double vanity and private water closet provide the perfect master suite experience. A full size washer and dryer are located upstairs to make laundry a breeze. What beach house is complete without a special space for kids or teens? Two twin beds make this third bedroom a hit with your crew, not to mention the TV and DVD player! For added ease, this en suite bath has a tub/shower combo to make bath time fun for all! Last, but certainly not least is the 4th bedroom suite, on the rear of the house with a queen bed and private bath with walk in shower. This property was in an amazing location, family friendly, safe, and the house is so nice. We would definitely stay here again! The communication with the property manager was quick and helpful. Loved the golf cart! The check out time was 10am (we asked for 11am) because our flight wasn’t till 4:30pm, so when booking I’d be aware that it’s 10am on the dot for them to clean and get the next people in. I would have booked an earlier flight and will do that next time! Really the only thing that we had to figure out (what to do with our time that last day). Can’t wait to come back!

I should have learned by now….bring your own pillow. Also, I think it would make more sense and there was plenty of room to also put a king bed on the first floor and my older girls didn’t like the way the bedroom no beds creaked they were a bit nervous to sleep in it so she slept on the sofa. The golf cart was fabulous! And it’s very private back in that area

Watercolor is a great community. The Crossings is ideally located next to Publix and just across the road from Watercolor amenities. The golf cart was perfect and all we used! I also cannot say enough about the ease in working with the rental company. Thank you for a seamless stay!

All good. Listing info accurate. Watercolor is such a beautiful area and loved for location. The beach pools and Watercolor Camp can’t be beat. Between Seadide and Watercolor you have two restaurants in the beach which is rare in Destin.

Very good time!
Need more seating in the living room. Looks like maybe something was missing. Everything else really good. The local bear was rummaging through the trash two nights and messed with the bush and ADT sign next to trash. One bike had a chain that was lose so could not ride.

Great Place with Great Amenities
We were very pleased with the property and the service we received before and during our stay. The only small (very small) item is that there were no spices - not even salt and pepper - in the house. I realize that might be a Coronavirus situation, but it would be helpful to include information about spices in the information about the house that renters get before arriving. But like I said, that's a small thing.

Great family vacation house
Everything about the house was great! The wrap-around patio with BBQ grill was fantastic in the evenings. Being adjacent to Publix and a couple of restaurants was so great. And the golf cart was so awesome to have for going to the beach, the Boathouse, and restaurants.

Excellent vacation
Beautiful home. Golf cart was used multiple times daily and a huge plus to this house. Nice layout to the home. Property manager responds by text immediately and sent someone out to help us with tv/door locks. The neighborhood is quiet and kept very nice. Publix is less than a 5 minute walk from the house. A great find.

Great experience at watercolor
We really had a good experience with the rental home at Watercolor. Communication with management was excellent and the property was very well maintained. The pictures from the listing were very accurate. Having the golf cart for 6 people was incredible and made our vacation so much more enjoyable. The only complain, although, it's really not a big deal is that the a/c thermostat on the lower floor does not seem to work properly. The house was always really cold (which it's much preferable than hot) even though we put the thermostat to 75 degrees F. It looks like the a/c was always running no matter how high the temperature was set. Again, not a big deal, but it could be a problem for some people.

Wonderful House with everything you could need.
The property was beautiful. Very clean, fully stocked, walking distance to the store, golf cart or bikes to take the beach or pool, really anything you could need or want. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. The kids could play outside on the grass or ride bikes in the streets with no issue. We loved our stay and will for sure be back soon!

Great house for family that is aboit 150yds from groceries and liquor and a 5 minute bike ride to the beach. Tucked away but close to everything. The golf cart is a great addition.

Charming and appeal just like photos
We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. It was clean and charming just like the photos. The golf cart was such a bonus that we felt lucky to have throughout the week. The home is close to the dragon fly pool which we loved and almost preferred to the beach club and it was quiet and clean...our kiddos would scooter there and we rode the bikes that came with the home. There was a smell in the laundry room that I was sensitive to- almost like a smoke smell- but thankfully it did not negatively imapact us enjoying the rest of the home. However it was strong where the washer and dryer were located so that is why the 4 stars. Everything else including the customer service was top notch. Thank you!

Fantastic House for Family
Had a wonderful time staying in this house! Having a bathroom for every bedroom was a definite plus and the addition of the golf cart was a great add!! Would definitely stay here again if possible.
