The house is beautiful! Everything is high quality including the beds, decorations, etc. I loved having the bikes, golf cart, pool included. The has far exceeded expectations! I would highly recommend!

Attitude Adjustment is a wonderful cottage just a short walk from the beach. We found it to be comfortable and beautifully decorated. Our family of five had a great "beach week" here and enjoyed both the beach and the easy access to downtown Seaside. A truly wonderful property.

The house was perfect for our family vacation. The location was great, it was clean, and we had plenty of room for the 7 of us. There was an issue with the golf cart and we got a quick response. I would definitely return for another stay.

Beautiful house and amenities. Great location for a long weekend getaway with groceries and the beach within five minutes. Golf cart was very handy. The check in process and communication with the management company could have been better. We didn’t receive a gate code for the neighborhood or the lock box code. Hopefully this was just because it was a busy holiday weekend. Overall, great stay.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! It superceded our expectations....even with the raining weather it was a nice time for us to play games, dine and enjoy our Adult children. The accessibility to everything, (beach, grocery store, resturants and most of all shopping) was awesome! Plus the added privacy, which is a Must for my Husband. It Met everyone's check list. We had a wonderful stay and the house suited us perfectly. However, just a few comments…. The ice maker did not work and the house needed some cleaning. It was dusty and not cleaned well especially in the bunk room (there was sand and crumbs around the mattress). The top sheet was not on the beds in the bunk room and needed to be made. I did call the property manager when we arrived to mention that there was a crack in one of the plastic trays on the left side inside the refridge - didn’t want to to be charged for it. Hope they got the message. We loved the neighborhood but the pool was dirty and the walk to the beach and Seaside was much further that we had hoped. We were glad to have the golf cart (which also could use some attention).

We enjoyed our weekend stay ver much. We celebrated my daughter’s 17th birthday one night and my son’s graduation from EOD training the next. It was a beautiful property and close to many places to eat. The golf cart was a fun plus.

This was the perfect spot for a getaway with great friends! We enjoyed our long weekend relaxing on the front porch in the mornings. The golf cart made trips to the beach, Seaside and Watercolor a breeze!

We came here for our spring break and had a wonderful time! The house was spacious and had everything we needed. Kids space/bunk room was perfect for our kids to hang out and sleep. The golf cart was really convenient for traveling to the beach and the food trucks. Everything was exactly as advertised- we will definitely stay again!!

This was the best vacation I’ve ever taken with my daughter, sister and mother!! It was a beautiful home and perfect location!! The neighbors were also fabulous! We will definitely be back next year!!

This house was beautiful and a much needed retreat. We spent so much time on the front porch on the amazing swing. The neighborhood is so cute .. very quiet and peaceful but close enough to bike to the shops/restaurants in the seaside main square as well as the beach. Loved having the golf cart as well. Beds were very comfortable and the whole place was decorated so nice. My only complaint would be the Wifi is spotty. Working from there was tough but we used hotspots and got it done. Great time away and would for sure come back!
