Excellent price and excellent location along with the corresponding level of service

Excellent price offered! The host agreed and responded quickly even with extremely short notice. Thomas and his team welcomed and helped us to bring our heavy luggages to the apartment. It's clean and no bad smell in the apartment. Location is perfect.

Come with the price, the host is not very responsive after the welcome. One of our parcel left in the postbox over days, contacted several times, and we could still not getting it even after the stay. The overground is quite noisy during the day and night. 6-8 spotlights were out of order. Be careful with the hot water from the shower as it responds with long delay. Mind your head as the hanging of curtain was broken.

Great Canary Wharf flat for small family that helped us have a fabulous London vacation!

We loved the location and were able to explore the surrounding neighborhoods and also very convenient for transportation to greater London. The tube and DLR stations nearby were very easy to use. The space was well laid out, enough room for kids to be separated but close. The views are beautiful. The area is very modern and young. Good washer/dryer combo. Great array of kitchen dishes and supplies available. The flat was incredibly clean and safe. Doormen were always friendly to us as we passed through.

It was hard to find the exact entrance upon arrival. Construction around the building made routes complicated. Providing entrance pictures or updated diagrams to get guests from arrival (what spots are good for dropping passengers) would improve the experience we had at arrival. There are several maintenance issues inside the flat we were assigned (light bulbs out, shower head broken, doors are heavy and slam shut, no fans for shower condensation, not enough door jam stoppers). Bathmats should be provided instead of just one thin towel per person. None of these detracted from our stay but prevents us from giving the excellent rating. Overall you should have a good experience with this property.

Exceptional

Location was perfect for shops, restaurants and the O2 Arena. Easy access to Tube and DLR. Apartment was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need Large fridge freezer was an added bonus too. Would definitely stay again.

Passable

The location is pretty near to the DLR and tube station, especially Jubliee line and Elizabeth line. For the living room space is spacious and view of canary wharf is amazing.

There are many problems in the flat, they don't maintain the house at all. The photos seen on the Internet are different from the actual condition of the house. Foe example, There are stains on the carpet in the room, the bathroom door lock is damaged, the cold water control rotor of the bathroom sink will fall directly, the floor heating in the living room is damaged, the washing machine is damaged, the kitchen is old, the kitchen utensils are dirty, the supply of bathroom supplies and toilet paper is insufficient. I don't recommend this accommodation very much. Apart from convenient transportation and spacious space, even though it is located in a new building, the square house is in a very poor state of repair It feels like the real estate agency has never repaired its property.

Could have been better.

Spacious rooms and living area. Well equipped kitchen

Living room floor heating not working. Even master toilet towel rails heating not working. Food disposal system was broken and even after agreement to correct it , was not done by owner in 7 days of stay.

great place and great location. would come back again

this was a much bigger than we expected. location for our needs was great. canary wharf only 5 min walk as was the DLR. small food shopping shop only in the next building. would stay again

the height of kitchen cabinets were a problem for a short person and meant I had to either use a chair to get plates and bowls or wait for someone else to do it for me. instructions on how to use washing machine would be helpful.

We took the apartment for five persons, but there were no linen for the fifth person. We got the wifi password, but it didn`t work and nobody fixed it for us

Superb

Location and warm welcome.

The only disappointment, which is small, was the kettle was broken and we didn't get a replacement until the day before we were leaving. As I said this was a minor inconvenience and did spoil the overall enjoyment of our stay.

The location & the views are beautiful. The apartment building staff are very kind.

It was not as clean as I would have liked it to be. The apartment is big and beautiful, but the cleaning was not all that unfortunately.

Exceptional

Great location for the price, easy access to everything we needed I.e bars, restaurants, shopping, central London. Very clean, well equipped. Amazing views. Also very safe and secure, would definitely recommend.

Lack of crockery and glasses in kitchen. Pretty random items Window in bedroom would not close and lock.

Nice apartment in Canary wharf

The apartment we stayed at Discovery Dock East is in a great location with a great view of the docks. Lovely view at night when all the lights in the skyscrapers come on reflecting against the water. We had a 2 bedroom apartment fully furnished with all the amenities which is quite convenient for families visiting London.

Some of the furnishings are dated and needs to be replaced.

Spacious room with well equipped kitchen. Near to Canary Wharf Station, Heron Quays Station and South Quay DLR Station. A medium size convenient store nearby. Good gym in the basement. Very nice staff, very friendly and offer to help us in nearly everything. Impressed and appreciated.

the heating did work it wasn't clean and noise from the construction work that was happing outside
