Super schönes Resort. Wir hatten ein Haus am Strand, der Ausblick jeden Morgen war traumhaft. Das Haus war geräumig und sehr sauber. Die Hotelanlage ist sehr gepflegt und grün gestaltet. Hervorzuheben ist das große, leckere Frühstücksbuffet, welches das beste auf unserer vierwöchigen Vietnamreise war.
Die Angestellten im Resort waren alle sehr freundlich.
In 20-30 Minuten ist man zu Fuß im nächsten Dorf. Dort hat man Restaurants und kleine Supermärkte.
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und konnten nach unserer Rundreise in Vietnam super entspannen.

The tranquility of the resort was great, breakfast superb and our area was clean. Some comments mentioned that the little village was a long walk, however, there was a shortcut through the beach. Plenty of eateries around to enjoy at reasonable prices.
Pool and beach area was being picked up by 6 PM, we didn't like it that much. They could also offer a shuttle to the city.

The property is amazingly landscaped. Set on the jungle with coconut and durian trees, private beach and amazing views, you are really in a private oasis.
Buffet was decent, mostly new food everyday and every Thursday they have free afternoon tea.
This property is a 15 minute walk from other restaurants. They have multiple electric golf carts which were never offered to us. For the money you pay it would be amazing service if they at least offered free lifts to the front gate however I assume this would mean less business for the resorts restaurants so I doubt this will ever be a service.
The beach is dangerously rocky. Do yourself a favour and walk to the resort next door where it has a sandy entrance.
Price of food at all the resorts restaurants are close to western prices, the happy hours for drinks are a waste of time and the food staff aren’t all that helpful.
The rules are surprisingly strict, no where else in 5 weeks of Vietnam did I see this. Things like beach towels, could only use the kayaks for one hour ect..

Les différents bungalows sont dispersés sur un grand site ce qui implique de devoir se déplacer au restaurant, à la piscine, à la plage sur une longue distance pour certains. Pas indiqué pour des personnes à mobilité réduite. Site sur une colline dominant la mer. Petite plage privée de sable toutefois dès les pied posés dans l'eau, les gros cailloux glissants impliquent des difficultés à pénétrer dans la mer

Zachody słońca, przepiękny widok z willi usytuowanej na samej górze, przestronny pokój i łazienka, dobrze wyposażony, minimalistycznie, ale z klasą, hamak na balkonie. Zadbany teren, urozmaicona roślinność, z szacunkiem do natury. Przemiły personel, restauracja nad samą wodą z pysznym jedzeniem, urozmaicone śniadania, dostęp do pool baru nad basenem, udogodnienia na plaży jak huśtawki, hamaki.
nie ma możliwości spacerowania wzdłuż plaży ponieważ resorty są oddzielone i nie ma przejścia między nimi. Okolica wokół hotelu nie jest zbyt atrakcyjna do spacerowania, za to bardzo przyjemna do biegania i treningów. Do miasteczka z lokalnymi restauracjami i sklepikami było ok 30 min spacerem.

The rooms are very nice and big, the staff is super nice, breakfast buffet is extremely good! For me as a vegetarian it was perfect. It’s the perfect resort for relaxing, I loved the pool and beach area. I would definitely come back
The prices in the restaurants are much higher than outside the hotel, but still, it’s cheaper than European prices. The resort is a bit far away from everything, it takes around 20 minutes by foot to the next restaurant or super market - but you can rent a motorbike, which is fun and also cheap, or get a taxi.

-Friendly staff, they assisted when needed.
-I didn’t like the fact that I booked a beach front villa, and I did not have either a beach or the chair to enjoy it.
Don’t get me wrong, my villa was in front of the sea, but there were so many rocks that one cannot call it a beach, it was not swimmable in front of our villa.
Some beach chairs were around however the ones in front of my room were taken by other people way before I woke up😅.
-Hot water had issues to run properly.
-Beach could be better maintained.

Nous avons apprécié la vue depuis la chambre panoramique qui donne sur la mer et le coucher du soleil. La chambre est très spacieuse et la literie confortable.
L'endroit est plutôt isolé et calme.
Cependant, nous avons été très déçus par le rapport qualité-prix.
Pour ce type d'établissement de ce standing, le personnel n'était pas forcément à la hauteur de nos attentes ,tout comme le petit déjeuner et surtout la douche. Comme vu après coup dans plusieurs commentaires clients, la douche est soit froide soit brûlante et le personnel, quand nous leur en avons parlé, n'a vraiment pas été d'une grande aide ...
Le personnel du restaurant idem : nous avions commandé un Irish coffee , il nous a été servi avec de la crème à la fraise dessus ... Nous l'avons rapporté, leur explication : ils n'avaient plus de crème classique ! On marche sur la tête ...
Bref, pour le prix payé, les prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur.
Concernant la chambre, les murs restent fins, ce qui permet d'entendre les voisins se moucher . Le mini bar faisait beaucoup de bruit.

Das Zimmer und der Ausblick waren sehr schön. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und reichhaltig.
Der Transfer vom und wieder zurück zum Flughafen wurde kostenlos vom Hotel angeboten.
Das Abendessen hat nicht dem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis entsprochen. Man saß beim Abendessen direkt am Meer (war traumhaft). Da das Essen optisch schön war aber keinen Geschmack hatte, sind wir ins Dorf gelaufen. Wir mussten über den Berg (ca. 30 Minuten Fußmarsch). Dort gab es verschiedene Lokale mit leckerem und viel günstigerem Essen.
Am Strand gab es zu wenig Schirme.

Verständigung ist recht schwierig, denn Englisch wird hier nur von wenigen verstanden, und das fürht zur Verständigungsproblemen. Zimmer wurden erst spät nachmittags gereinigt. Die Papierkörbe am Strand wurden teilweise erst nach Tagen geleert. Die Sonnenschirme sind zumindest am Pavillion defekt. Cocktails wurde im Sunset Restaurant erst ab 18:00 Uhr serviert, da ist der Sonnenuntergang bereits gewesen. Vor- und Hauptspeisen wurden auf einmal serviert.

The only thing we like about this hotel is the room, as we booked a bungalow, just 1 step to the sand.
The gym is old, and all the equipment is about to fall apart. We have meals included in the room. However, they always run out of food (only 3 available out of 6 options). Staff spoke to each other loudly at all the restaurants—over-price menu.

The resort is like a oasis. The rooms are big and clean with e great view (we had the sea view room). It smells like lemongrass everywhere. The pool is great and the beach so quite and nice. The food on the restaurant is delicious.
We arrived before 14 so they said we could stay at the pool and they will call us as soon as our room is ready. But they forgot. So we had to call them. Not a good first impression…
Also there are rules everywhere. A lot of rules and threats.
The location si quite remote so we had to call taxis to take us to the nearest restaurants.

Sea Sense Resort knows how to treat their guests! It also appears that they are good to their employees and they maintain their property, wonderfully. The location is spectacular & there is lots of room at the pool and ocean for guests. Their breakfast buffet is excellent!

Très calme endroit derrière colline et forêt, belle vue sur mer depuis les villas, magnifique petit déjeuner, accueil très professionnel et amical de tout le staff. Un réel plaisir de passer quelques jours dans ce ressort après la traversée du pays en vélo. Je le recommande vivement et prix très correct lors de mon séjour. 3 restaurants pour chaque repas, dans une ambiance calme et raffinée.
tout est très bien, le seul détail serait d'enlever les pierres qui arrivent parfois sur la plage de sable lorsque l'on rentre dans l'eau, mais cela est un détail.

The surrounding areas were beautiful. My family loved the breakfast buffet. Once we were moved into another room that had a working air conditioner, the room was very nice and comfortable.
I didn't like the staff members telling me the the air conditioner in our first room was working just fine when it wasn't. I had to insist on moving to the room next door. Then everything was better but we basically lost our first half day dealing with that. I should be given a free day for a future visit or credit back for our loss.

Absolutely everything was perfect, it was so picturesque absolutely beautiful in every way. Our own pool was fantastic. Food was exceptional especially the 3 locations. So peaceful and relaxing away from all the busyness. We had a romantic dinner and it was like something from a movie

We booked this place for a girls' trip and this place really delivered what we were looking for. The breakfast was toooooo good. The view was amazing. The staff was very friendly too. Overall we are really pleased with this resort and if we ever decide to visit phuquoc again we know where we will be staying

We booked the room with a private pool, highly recommended. Nice view from the pool to the ocean. Room was very clean and comfortable.
Staff was excellent and helpful. We booked a scooter for two days, which was no problem at all and the scooter was in good working order.
Breakfast was exceptional with lots of options. The on-site restaurants are nice with excellent views. They are more expensive than restaurants outside the resort, but the food and service quality was excellent.
Resort was incredibly well maintained and clean. The private beach was also very nice with lots of beach loungers. There are fresh towels if you need it. You can also use a kayak for 1 hour every day.
Lots of rubbish on the beach and in the water. This is not the resorts fault, as they even employ someone to pick up garbage. Still we would hope this gets better in the next years as Phu Quoc is beautiful otherwise.
Not negative, but something to note: When leaving the resort the way is very steep and quite long, so walking to the nearest restaurants outside the resort is not a pleasure in the heat.

facilities are very good, sea view rooms are great and spacious. the beach is clean and you can also enjoy 1h of free kayak a day. free transport to pier/airport. breakfast has plenty of choice but the fried eggs came with more oil than eggs, and are a little raw. sunset restaurant is good and view is amazing.
staff doesn’t speak English (apart from the guy at the reception), kayaks and beach without any support or service which created a dangerous situation and one of the guys in our group got hurt. hot water in the room doesn’t work easily, and water has no pressure. we arrived at 10:30pm and reception was closed.

We where suppose to stay in a different hotel but we fell in love with this place , nice friendly staff beautiful scenery , you can see the ocean from everywhere. Nice confortable rooms . Not to big just perfect
