We had a wonderful stay at TINH with a very cosy room, extraordinarily helpful staff, amazing animals to pet, and the most delicious coconuts with espressos to start our mornings. Yen and her husband were lovely from check in to check out an the stay felt like hidden tranquillity amid the busy roads around the town. Having a coffee in the seated 'library' area with the peaceful music playing and a cute dog (we miss you Sasa!) and cats was like being in a Studio Ghibli movie.
Nothing within the control of TINH, and there is no impact on the accommodation at all, but be aware there is some road development going on in town. I'll stress that this *did not* create any noise in our room at all, though, but it is something to be aware of for driving around.

Well the kitchen had utensils but they seemed extremely old and rusted . Could not use them comfortably . Also the cleaning lady was too over friendly like ? Maybe that’s how it is here but overall it’s a decent stay.

Everything was great! Great value and stay. Would do again. You can rent a scooter here for typical price.
This is a bit of 50-50, but the location is not the most ideal. Naturally, it depends on what you are looking for. However, you almost always need to get a ride or use your scooter. Nevertheless, most likely you'll be renting the scooter anyways to explore the island, so it's not a problem.
