Местоположение очень удачное,как по отношению к достопримечательностям,так и к транспортным магистралям.
Достаточно тихо,много маленьких лавочек со всем необходимым. Также аптека,банк,груминг, химчистка и т.д.
Чисто,в парадной и в квартире всегда приятный запах.
Для тех,кто мечтает жить в домах с историческим прошлым - завораживающий вайп. В комнатах персональный санузел. Удобный матрас, хорошо работает кондиционер, есть балкон.
Не работала плита и микроволновка. Не было столового ножа и разделочной доски.. Т.е.готовить и разогревать еду самостоятельно не представлялось возможным

Facilità nel trovare parcheggio su strada. Accessibile per persone con disabilità. Camera ampia, confortevole, bagno comodo, possibilità di uso del frigorifero. Le informazioni e le foto corrispondono alla realtà. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Villetta vicina per la passeggiata con il cane. Bar e supermercato vicinissimi e molto forniti.
Ha soddisfatto anche oltre le aspettative!
