Location, attentive staff, good breakfast, beautiful view from rooftop deck. And complimentary wine or cha cha with breakfast, who can complain about that? The owner was on site and extremely attentive. About a five minute walk to harbor and 10-15 minutes to swimming beaches.
Standard room is pretty small but good value. I recall we had asked for one bed and had two singles (but my wife said she slept great!😁).

The hotel is well located near to the quayside and amongst some nice bars and restaurants in the old town. The breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of freshly cooked food and house wines! What made it extra special was the friendliness of the staff and owners welcoming guests. The view from the rooftop terrace with a glass of their house wine is to be recommended.
The bathroom was a little tired and could do with a refurbishment. Watch the stairs up to the roof terrace as they are in need of some maintenance!

Powerful shower in bathroom and very central location close to restaurants
Room was dark, lights didn't work properly, room was not cleaned untill late afternoon
