Suprisingly the place was very nice and looked WAY BETTER than on the booking pictures 😃 That's why I attach pictures for future guests to get better impression.
The room was clean, family friendly, with home-size fridge, washing machine, cooking facilities, kettle. There is a bigger kitchen/dining room on the premisses with baking owen as well.
The place is situated 50 m away from Beit Chabad, very good for shabbat observant people, since there is no eruv in Batumi.
The hotel is situated walking distance from the most city attractions, like Ferries Wheel, Ali &Nino monument, alphabetical tower, promenade. At the sea-side you can rent boats and do various sea sports.
Not far away from the hotel there are grocery shops like SPAR.
The front desk stuff does not speak English. You can get along better with Russian, Georgian or Arabic.

Clean, spacious room in old city of Batumi. A decent choice for travelers who are used to minor inconveniences
The mattress was concave and uncomfortable. You could easily hear your neighbors through the walls. Two of the staff nocked on my door to tell me checkout was at 12 (I already knew). They did not accept credit cards for payment.
