- The hotel is close to the beach and it has a private beach section free for guests - The overall ambient was nice - The semi-basement room has a spacious balcony

- The AC doesn't work properly in the semi-basement rooms, it does not cool the room in any way, we mentioned that and nothing was done - The beds are uncomfortable

Amazing place to stay!

I was very anxious to take my 9 month abroad, but the hotel staff were so amazing and really went above and beyond to help us and make us feel comfortable. they helped organize airport transfer (with car seat), taxis so we could visit preveza, they washed countless milk bottles and so on. I can’t thank this friendly staff enough. the facilities were great, the bathroom looked renovated and the room was huge (great for a crawling baby) and the sea view was perfect. the town is quiet and remote so perfect for a relaxed family holiday.

it was a shame that the hotel restaurant was not working (besides breakfast), but the restaurants nearby were good and friendly staff too. we ordered delivery to our room in the evening which wasn’t expensive and it was also good.

Lovely hotel, staff and location. Thoroughly deserves its 4 star rating

We thought the hotel was beautiful - very ornate. Has a lovely swimming pool aswell. The breakfast was excellent with alot of choice - hot and cold. The hotel currently not doing dinner but they recommended a very good restaurant down the road which we used. The location was perfect - very close to the beach. We were very fortunate to have our room upgraded and had an amazing room, large balcony and sea view. Most of the rooms are probably very nice though anyway as the hotel is very good quality.

Its a must place to stay if you are in Preveza area, yards from a beautiful beach as well.

Family run hotel who offer an excellent level of customer service and go over and above for their guests, the owner even gave us some wine from her own vineyard on check out.

The pool bar open, due to staff shortages in Greece in general the hotel could not staff the bar, this was not an issue as they offered table service from main bar around the pool.

First of all, the hotel does not even deserve 4 stars... The hotel restaurant was only open for breakfast and for lunch and dinner we had to go to a nearby tavern (500 m) Zorbas Breakfast was the same everyday …nothing special The hotel is quite isolated if you don't have your own car, Taxi from the Airport to the hotel 42€ As for exterior and interior design, Lobby + restaurant, the hotel is very ok... the rooms, on the other hand, are outdated... the bathroom had a bad smell, the air conditioner in the room also had a bad smell when useing it. The beach was a wild one in an area frequented by surfers, cars with caravans and tents . **But there is a small family tavern that it’ very near to the hotel and the food is awesome and the price very good ( Taverna to Korali check on google )

Excellent

The room was nice even in the basement. The beach is very good with sunbeds provided for free by the hotel. The breakfast is great with a good variety of foods.

The room we had was for the disabled with the door having a special handle on the inside. This is of course an excellent provision for the hotel and anyone who needs it, but we were unable to lock the room from the inside. Therefore, at night anyone could come in...

Superb

Very nice hotel located right next to the beach. The pool is nice and the staff wonderful. They even upgraded my room with a beach view for free. Room is a bit small but very comfortable. Bed was comfy.

Restaurant hotel was closed so you need a car to go to the neared city.

Perfect for vacation with amazing garden

Amazing hotel with amazing beautiful garden! Very polite personal. The beach is a next to the hotel, sandy and wonderful, free umbrella and sunbeds. The sky night time is amazing, all the view is super. Quiet place, perfect for relax. The beautiful Preveza city is a few minutes by car.

Just the water in the pool was not so clean and the bathroom is small and old.

We love it !

This hotel is ideally situated very close to the sea. The style is maybe a bit unfashioned but there is a last added floor with very updated modern large comfortable rooms with great view. The breakfast is quite complete ans savory. The staff is friendly. It’s very quiet and you can park easily. Private beach with sun beds and umbrellas. Very nice pool. Everything perfect. Very soft prices.

It's a very nice hotel with many facilities such as a swimming pool and a bar. Very close to the seaside - they provide customers with sunbeds. It has a marvelous garden. Truly recommend.

In general, external the facilities were nice and the style was particular.

The room was quite dirty, with mould in the shower and old appliances didn't expect that. Quite cheap breakfast too.
