Honestly, we liked everything - starting from the communication before arrival, the apartment itself (the bed was mega comfy, the location is great too) and even the departure (left our bags after check-in and even found bottles of water and sweets for the trip from the host when we collected the bags). Many small details which matter. :)

The apartment is very close to the city center, the facilities are very modern and the bed is super comfortable. The self- check in went very smoothly.
the apartment on the second floor had three little windows. The curtains of the one close to the bedroom could not be rolled down to fully cover the window and the one in the kitchen had no curtains. Since there are no doors separating the entrance with kitchen and the bedroom, the light in the early morning brightened the entire apartment.
Unfortunately as I am sensitive to light and need darkness to sleep, I woke up every morning around 6 am and did not enjoy the comfortable bed as much as I would have like to.

The property is excellenty located in the heart of Como with pavement cafes and restaurants seconds walk away.
The apartment is finished to a very high standard with modern finishings and a very well equipped kitchen.
The balcony provides urban solace overlooking a traditional Italian courtyard and the surrounding hills.
It is located on the third floor but the 69 steps is good exercise.
We will 100% return and highly recommend it to others. Just be aware of the 69 steps/third floor location.
We loved everything. I would personally not have a glass entrance to the bathroom but there is a curtain.
