Location excellent. Any requests we had for extra pillows were acted on very quickly. Communication excellent.
Just to let people know there are 67 stairs to the apartment door. No lift. Water pressure very low for shower. Very minimal kitchen utensils .
Be aware that the electric jug does not fit the power point in kitchen without a special adapter . Just ask and it will be provided. Although it should be attached to the kettle to avoid confusion especially if you are from a different country with different power points.

Lovely space, quite comfortable for a family of 4. Very clean
The couch mattress was very old and uncomfortable. Also, you have to climb quite a lot of stairs so if you find that to be difficult I would avoid it

They were very friendly and helpful. Quick to answer text and questions. Beautiful setting, great breakfast. I hope to return. Good memories.

The location
The AC doesn’t work, I messaged the person who was supposed to be the “support” but never got any reply, not even a “let me see what I can do”, absolutely nothing. Also, I asked if I could check in earlier because I was with my 1 yr old daughter, they told me I could but they didn’t give me the keys until the actual check in time. Overall horrible customer support
