Everything. It was lovely. Great location, host, comfy bed, huge bath. Dark at night. Large rooms. I would recommend this and would love to stay again.
Check out 10am was a little rushed for us.

The location was wonderful. The property was very secure. The bathroom was large and remodeled. Restaurants close by along with the ferry service to travel across lake Como. A bottle of wine along with bottled water was available in a small refrigerator in the room. I like booking small hotels that provide great service. I asked and received a list of restaurant choices in the area.
This applies to me personally and I probably would not have booked this location, if I had known that the bed had a soft memory foam type mattress. I prefer a firm mattress for an old back. The type of air conditioning in this unit could barely keep up at the end of May and not sure if it could during the month of July and August. Building restrictions is the problem not the owner. If you like to sleep on the warm side, it may be just fine.
