The apartment feels brand new, with a spacious bathroom, and everything was very clean.
It's just a few minutes on foot from the Como Camerlata train station, and there's a nice bar right next door that offers discounts to guests.
Despite being on a busy road, the windows provide excellent sound insulation, so the apartment is surprisingly quiet.
The staff were very polite and accommodated all my requests.
The only thing I found missing was a proper cooking option, as the apartment can accommodate up to four guests.
One minor point is that the area just outside the windows could have been a little cleaner. However, the apartment itself was very clean.

Il bar è ben organizzato, ottimamente gestito e offre un’ampia scelta di valide alternative. Il personale è affabile, disponibile e sempre pronto ad accoglierti con gentilezza.
La casa è accogliente, ben arredata e dotata di tutto ciò che occorre per un soggiorno piacevole. Inoltre, si trova in una posizione davvero comoda, vicina al centro e ben collegata grazie al servizio bus, che passa frequentemente.
Un’esperienza molto positiva. Ci tornerò sicuramente!

Tutto molto confortevole e comunque descritto in maniera precisa nell'offerta.
Posizione comodissima per il mio scopo, appartamenti ristrutturati molto bene, in alcuni dettagli mi ha stupito. Ottimo la possibilità di parcheggio.
Il gestore molto gentile, ha soddisfatto anche alla mie esigenze...sono molto soddisfatto.
Avrei gradito anche un piccolo angolo cottura, data la metratura dell'appartamento...sarebbe stato il massimo.
