Extremely comfortable beds, and the AC was quite welcomed given the heat. Great off-site and secure location for parking.
While a central location, the hotel is close to a very busy roundabout. Getting there by a vehicle for initial check-in was challenging.

Nice room with a view and complimentary drinks in the fridge. Nice big roomwith lake view. Stunning view. . Location next to station so convenient and all the shops and boats. Breakfast was ok. Only continental breakfast.
No iron in rooms and would have preferred hot breakfast.

The location is amazing! Walkable to everything and had a part view of the lake. The bus stops and train are just outside the door, and many restaurants and shopping places nearby; which saves one a lot of time and navigation worries. Their food was also really good and the breakfast decent. The staff were very helpful, polite and responsive. I loved that the room was clean and had tea and coffee making services, and lots of complimentary drinks and toiletries. Would definitely stay again
A bit loud outside on some nights especially on the weekend. But given the location, it's expected and a worthwhile trade. No escalator or lift, but the staff helped with carrying my bag upstairs.
