One time visit

Central Location. Great choice of food for breakfast. Staff very helpful and accommodating.

Access to the bedrooms was via a side door round the corner on the street, Had to climb stairs in dark dim hallway. Other guests voices echoed in the hallway late into the night.

Zentrale Lage und reichhaltiges Frühstück.

Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und gut. In der Mini-Bar im Hotelzimmer sind alle Getränke inbegriffen. Für 20 Euro kann man einen Parkplatz, welcher teilweise Überdacht ist, mieten. Die Lage ist sehr zentral.

Die Dusche könnte mal erneuert werden. Direkt neben dem Hotel ist ein Busbahnhof. Darum kann es in der Nacht manchmal ein bisschen lauter werden.

Great little hotel, great location, views and service

This is a great little hotel, right in front of Lake Como! The staff are very nice and helpful, they even lent me an umbrella for a rainy day. The room was single, so it was little but it had a very comfy bed, was super clean and overall a good experience. The breakfast is also good, in fact better than what I’ve seen at other similarly priced facilities and they have real fresh orange juice as well (among other good things).

The lower floor rooms can be noisy during the day due to traffic on the road they are facing (but seemed quite quiet after midnight when the traffic stopped until morning).

Great location,nice hospitality,very good breakfast clean modern room.

Best location,with great breakfast .Super nice hospitality. Comfortable room with coffee machine, free mini bar . Very clean. I couldn't ask for more in the center of Como with lake view.

They were extremely accommodating.Overall, we had a great experience, Front desk staff is extremely efficient and the amenities were great.They made all my request to surprise my boyfriend on his birthday.Location was great Walking distance to everything.Very good breakfast. We will definitely stay there when we come back!

Exceptional

the room was big and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding! The location is perfect. Few minutes away from the city center and in front of the lake.

Lovely place in the heart of Como

Rooms were simple and very clean, customer service excellent and able to solve the small inconvenience we met. Top quality for the breakfast. The staff help me really well to accommodate my need for gluten free food.

We had an issue with the room temperature (too hot), but the staff assured me they will look into it.

Nice upgrade to a different hotel

Perfect location right next to the Como North railway station

Was a bit confusing as we were accomodated at a different address than what was on Booking.com confirmation.

Host was really nice, great location, clean and super nice room.

we had to stay in not yet fully open 5* hotel. Everything was new, not even fully finished, but nice and clean.

if you want to shower - hot water - you had to wait for like 20 min for it 🙈

The perfect quiet and charming retreat with an uninterrupted view across the Lake and town. The own

The point of difference the owner made to my stay and her flexibility and attention to detail and the whole place was in keeping with a beautiful villa retreat in the hills with spectacular views. The breakfast was incredible , much cooked fresh by the owner in a lovely original french kitchen with a large fridge. Use of this kitchen was available to stayers by request at other times.

You can see when you book , the steep distance of the accomodation from the town, You need to have a car or a taxi seems to be 10 -15E depending on luggage and I had a bike.

Very central htl, train,bus & ferry stops near it. The staff was very,very friendly & helpful when we had any queries. Bfast was ok and htl very clean. Shops & resturants + attractions are near too.
